Seems Puppylinux in a few years will be quite different to most of it's past. In an attempt to keep relevant, significant changes will be made. That's progress, I guess.

Seems Puppylinux in a few years will be quite different to most of it's past. In an attempt to keep relevant, significant changes will be made. That's progress, I guess. Sometimes there seems to be chaos amongst Puppians. But I think this is a natural result of creativity applied to multiple varying needs. Some people have new hardware, some have older gear. Some are looking for a Linux experience that approximates their Windows experience yet others want to get as far away from that as possible. I hope that the creative juices may always continue - and that tolerance for multiple dev directions persists. For myself - this is a hobby as well as a solution to my computing needs. And also a form of social media ! Thanks to all who provide the fora where we can meet and discuss... |
